365 photos, one a day. That was the plan when I started, on November 10, 2018. It took me 2,843 days — seven years and nine months. In 2019 I was in rhythm and reached 141 photos; in all of 2020 I took four. The pandemic, the constant job changes as a contractor, creative block and a 168-day stretch without touching the camera broke the premise completely. But I never declared the project dead and never restarted it from zero: nineteen photos one year, twenty the next, thirty-one after that, until I completed all 365 on August 23, 2026. Only 10.5% of the days in those almost eight years had a photo. That percentage is the whole project — it isn't the story of someone consistent, it's the story of someone who didn't close the door. They're all here in chronological order, bad ones included.
